At Wellington College International Hangzhou, they understand that excellent academic results and outstanding university offers are an important element when choosing a school. They also understand that this can be a challenging and anxious time for families, as they prepare their children for what can be some of the most difficult decisions they will make throughout their educational journey. Wellington are keen to explore these topics with parents, in order to help them understand what educational pathways are on offer at Wellington, how a Wellington education can prepare their child for future academic success, and what support we will provide the pupils in our care throughout this crucial time of the education.

A bilingual online open day introducing the Senior School academic pathways at Wellington College International Hangzhou will be held at 6.30pm on Wednesday 29th April. This event is open to anyone keen to understand the curricula on offer at Wellington, the benefits of IGCSE and A Level and how Wellington plans on supporting their pupils to achieve true success, not only academically but also through a wide-range of support and extra opportunities.

杭州惠灵顿将于4月29日（星期三）下午6点30分在线举办一场双语开放日活动，介绍该校中学阶段的学术培养和升学规划。本场活动面向所有想要了解惠灵顿课程设置的家庭开放，与您一同探究如何帮助学生通过IGCSE和A Level课程受益，不仅仅在学术上、同时在个人其他领域取得真正成功。

Following the session, you will have an opportunity to meet academic heads responsible for delivering senior school across the Wellington College Hangzhou campus in an interactive question and answer session where they will address your questions live.

此外，惠灵顿杭州校区中学部课程负责人将会在直播间与您见面，并解答家长在线提出的问题。

This year’s university admission season has been challenging, as extenuating circumstances meant there were a number of obstacles for pupils to overcome while navigating through the admissions process.

With the passion, support and dedication from their professional academic and university guidance team behind them, pupils at Wellington College China continued to make great strides in university admission in 2020.

To date, Wellington pupils from Tianjin and Shanghai have received a total of nearly 200 offers from a number of world-renowned universities. Nearly 40% of pupils received offers from universities ranked among the top 10 in the world.

截至目前，在惠灵顿（中国）天津校区和上海校区的所有2020毕业生里，合计收到近200份offer。其中，近40%的学生获得世界Top10名校录取通知书！

Scholarships and Bursaries

In order to recognise and reward the pursuit and achievement of excellence in pupils at Wellington College International Hangzhou, and to make a Wellington education accessible to a broader range of pupils throughout Hangzhou and surrounding regions, scholarships, awards and bursaries are available to different year levels at Wellington. Awards of up to 100% of the tuition fees will be available to successful applications in Year 7 or above in August 2020.
